The draft 2020-21 Study Scope is available for review. The Member Planning Committee approved publishing the draft Study Scope at their July 22nd meeting. The NorthernGrid Study Scope describes the forecasted 2030 load and resources submitted by members and project developers. It identifies the transmission projects and analysis methods, including production cost and power flow modeling, that will be used to develop the 2020-21 Regional Transmission Plan. A draft Study Scope comment period will open July 29th and close on August 21st.
