The final 2020-21 Study Scope has been published. The Member Planning Committee approved publishing the final Study Scope at their September 30 meeting. The NorthernGrid Study Scope describes the forecasted 2030 load and resources submitted by members and project developers. It identifies the transmission projects and analysis methods, including production cost and power flow modeling, that will be used to develop the 2020-21 Regional Transmission Plan.
