Case 5 and 18 appear to be the same regional combination. We believe Case 18 should include the first 6 transmission projects in addition to Cascade Renewable Transmission.

Are any of the BPA Evolving Grid #1 or #2 transmission upgrades included in the NorthernGrid cases?

Bethel RoundButte is included in the regional combinations but not mentioned elsewhere in the report as either a Local Transmission Project or a Member Driven Transmission Project. What is driving the inclusion of the project in the Regional Combinations?

Suggest the inclusion of a Regional Combination that includes Cascade Renewable Transmission Project in addition to Bethel - RoundButte. Request adding it to Case 3 or creating a new case to study this Regional Combination.
